The Business Growth Program

BIG Inside™ is a Business Growth Program for leadership and management teams in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises that are growth-oriented.  The participants in the program will develop their organization’s growth strategy as well as develop skills and practices for ongoing strategy development and execution.

Program Objectives & Course Structure

The objectives of the Business Growth Program are to:

  • Identify the core strengths and abilities necessary to lead growth in the organization,
  • Explore and apply market intelligence and analysis tools to understand the forces shaping the markets that you wish to compete within,
  • Learn and apply opportunity identification and decision-making tools to develop new markets/products/services,
  • Understand innovation management processes and practices,
  • Introduce concepts of purpose, values and vision and how to define them for an effective strategy,
  • Understand the enablers and blockers of strategy execution plans – why they often come unstuck,
  • Explore and apply communication disciplines that keep all employees aware of and focused on the business priorities and progress.

Course Structure

The Business Growth Program consists of:

  • pre-module assignments
  • 3 x 1½ day training modules
  • post-module assignments

Course Assessment: All participants will receive a certificate of completion that will only be awarded on successful completion of pre- and post-module assignments.

Total Training Duration: The total learning hours per participants in the program is 36 hours, with further time required to complete assignments outside of module time.
